Edit: found him it is the wanderer trainer.

I would max all attack skills if it were me. Bull's Hydra at your own discretion though.

Heal may be necessary if you're going around with a tamed pet.

Increase defense buff is quite useful.

I gave up on my ranger. the pet system is clunky i end up killing the monster before my pet gets an attack in or i spend so much time trying to get my pet to attack the it isn't worth it. i switch to an engineer. i like the guns. if that doesn't work out i am just going with a pure melee class.

I tamed a silly crust and then logged off. Now when I try to tame a monster, a message pops up saying "There is saved monster" WTF?
Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

You will have saved monster card in your inventory which will call out your tamed monster.

A monster you tame stays till you release it from the tamed monster window, but when you log off reverts to the card form, so you just have to call it out each time you log in.
